how to hardreset/format

hi, pls how it is possible to reaply the factory settings and the whole stuff like office...ive tried it like on my vap compact ii or mpx200 and it doesnt works:(

heh, ive got it already:) it was the aplpication expret->clear storage,im a little bit surprised, ive expected that it would be somehow possible like in the past, hold some button, then turn on...

but my question statys, is it possible to hardreset it also withoutto go inside the system? it can be, that it crashes and i do not have access to this application
