audio & video not working on moto q

[MACKALOT]

i recently got a regular moto q and the audio/video (myspace) and audio/video (youtube) in that case while browsing the web in general, is not workng. error: java turned off/old fash player...i dont even think my phone has flash . i tried to understand the previous threads but coutld understand the terminology even from point A you guys had me lost. so i ask in dire(spelling) need...how do i fix this problem....and all i know is i thin i have windows mobile 5...about 85% sure.
