Hey everyone,
First post here, but I've been reading for a while, since I was deciding on a new phone.
Anyhow, judging by the title you can probably guess what I'm interested in. I recently bought this phone as I'm studying abroad in Greece. But my Greek isn't that good and apparently the phone (or windows mobile 6, I'm still new to this) is hard coded in Greek.
I really want to change the language, and I know a few things about computers I believe
So, is there anyone knows if there is a way around this? I'd prefer not to flash my hard drive as making a 350 euro phone a brick with no warranty seems to not entice me.
1) Is the language embedded in the LG KS20 or Windows Mobile 6
2) Is there a string in a .dll or something I can change to reset the language to English? Or, any software you guys know of capable of doing this? Or should I just go back to the company and ask them to mail me a new one (which will prob take a month :( )
*Ps: I saw the plugin thread that seems to be a hot topic, but I saw that it was originally in French or Dutch (not sure what ROM was dumped) and was translated to English. But I didn't know if it was the same for all language, as I said I'm new to this.
Best wishes, and hope I can get some feedback,
Sheky
