in all the roms and updates supplied here i got the same error after 1% !!!

and i have no clue what to do and what is the cause of that error ( noob style )

is it the CID lock, RUU or the ROM ?

1. Does your phone have a working ROM on it now? (even if it's the swedish one)
2. Where are you located?

RE: your phone, have you tried taking it to the HTC service center in Cairo? In many cases they will agree to flash it with an original ROM and I think it's highly likely that the folks in Cairo will do... give it a shot- should be free of charge even without a warranty

well i think that imei-check gives you a sim unlock not a CID unlock
