jaq3 hard reset

good morning to everyone...
i write from italy..
i've installed a utility on my JAq3 and now it wont load.....
it is freezed on i-mate screen and doesn.t move.....
what can i do?
can i hard reset it?
please answer me...i'm without phone and i need it for working...

Turn off device, hold down send, end and camera buttons. Also press the power button then release all after on-screen prompt.
