XPA S200 - removing Swisscom Brand

i've a XPA S200 from Swisscom (swiss telecom). they're reselling there phone's with simlock already removed.

i'd like to remove all the Swisscom brand stuff and make it a clean and stable plain qtek s200. can anyone tell me which of the following rom_updates i'am supposed to use? And what's this about with No_IPL_SPL?

What I dont understand is that the upper one has the newer date stamp but the lower one seems to have the newer version????

And can I just install one of these files or do I have to unlock some CID first or something?

Just in case nobody answers because noone knows what a xpa s200 is. it is a prophet, just like all the others discussed here. so does anybody know what the difference is between the two files? please!!
