In My messaging list I have an 'Email Sample' folder with sub folder and I cant work out how to get rid of the stupid thing.

In My messaging list I have an 'Email Sample' folder with sub folder and I cant work out how to get rid of the stupid thing.
In your account list (Tools -> Options) right-click on Email Sample and select Delete... simple as that :)
