help with this cab

hi plz any one who can made this cab work in a wm5 device it will be apreciable it for 2003 but it isent work for now in wm5 plz help

Does not allow to install CAB on WM5/6 Setup.dll.
I have removed it and now CAB is installed, but after installation it is necessary to make softreset devices.

does it install the DRIVER for the network card or only the certmanage???
edit also in my device shows me error unssesfull istalation any suggest
