Please help me understand, do all usual bluetooth headsets play music and take calls, or do some only take calls?

I would prefer one that could charge from USB, but is not huge behind the ear too, if you can please suggest....

you're better off with the Jabra BT8010
im using it now with the herald; its awesome

The question is will the BT125 work with listening to audio from the Real Player or other mp3 player?
