I have the x7500 and before that the hw6515 both of the phones were using the medianet plan ($20) i could go on the internet check pop3 email and use my slingbox, but no more i can only go on the internet. i talked with an att rep and he said that at&t is doing this deliberately  if you care to listen i have the whole thing recorded. :)...... please share this with anyone who has at&t or who is thinking about switching to at&t

It was only a matter of time before they cracked down on this. Not surprising that you now have this "problem". I'm surprized they didn't force you to get the unlimited plan, be happy they are letting you stay on the medianet plan.

My Iphone sims card stopped working in my Advantage this morning, won't find the network. I've been using this sims card for over threee months now.
I called ATT but CS is clueless. They claim the Iphone sims card does not support third party devices. I said I have been using it this way for several months. I even went into a local ATT store and talked with the manager, he
could not help, again, clueless. What do I ask for, how can I resolve this?
Thanks!
Charles
PS yes, the sims card works in the Iphone just fine.

Can you get the slingplayer to work by switching the port from 5001 to something else?
