Nothing personal but this does sound a bit fishy to me. Why don't you list them on eBay - that way there is a system that helps to provide some credibility to your claim.

this is most likely a scam. the unit is not out yet and no one would have that many proto units or have access to production units yet,

I totally agree! These are known cases when someone wants to be paid only via Bank wire!!! Don't trust him!!!
