I dunno, but I do know that after a reset the settings (Bluetooth, Exchange, Live and GPRS) remain. I had that too with the old XIP, but this one has a XIP which looks the same as the other new ROM's. I found that out by checking the IMEI code and that's the same as ADW, Karmba_a, etc.

So no issues with a licence of TomTom, no disappearing setting, still 22Mb free RAM when syncing with ActiveSync, possible to use the IPhone dialer, etc.

One bug I found wich is very BIG is that 24H time doesn't seem to work, I Choose "Swedish" in Regional Settings but the clock still shows AM/PM time...
and so does the start end time for my appointments... very annoying. But the ROM seems to work very fast and stable. Free Storage 63.87MB Free Program 26.54MB

i dont care if it is a genuine build or not , but there is no memory leak, stable and fast .
only one thing i not satisfy is when i play music with bluetooth headset , sometime it's laggy , stop every few second :), but this can be fix with an other tool.

my extra mini review:
up until now everything seems to be fine.
pros:
no mem drain (in contrast with my previous rom from bepe)
will not loose settings (according to what other users say)

cons:
no mms
no messenger
the dialer is customized with logos (ugly)
but they can be added separately i hope

overall i'm happy from my first 10 minutes of testing.
Next test will be the battery drain issue

I agree, this build is not genuine, is a BIG fake.

It's a stable fake which last 440km TomTom usages incl. Traffic info, syncing Exchange server, Outlook and Windows Live.
It still has 20Mb free RAM after closing the progs.

msn does not work on this rom . I tried the latest one

- WLM does work on this ROM build 10.6.0033.060 (modified by duttyroy)
- Dailer can be replaced like Duronmarcel Iphone 1.01
- Video call can be configured by Advanced Configuration Tool (???)
and be replaced by one which support VideoCall

exactly i just look at whats included and know this isnt a genuine aku1. a genuine aku1 would have something new that the old wm6 wouldnt have. wouldnt be aku1 if it wasnt like that. itll run stable bc i believe it was a mix of 18125 and 17944 or something like that. those 2 builds are very stable especially 17944.

actually i believe that most of the users seek for a stable ROM
without battery drains and memory leaks, without bugs and with a proper style... if there's any cook that could make a ROM like that i will SURELY donate some money to him.

Bepes ROMs are very carefully styled...except the abscense of touchflo
BUT the last 0.79 has issues with battery drains and memory leaks

The setting is in

Start-Settings-System-Key Lock

and then set it to-
'Lock all buttons except Power button'

Install the HTC Endkey cab and configure the device to lock when a button has been pressed
