Tmobile Blue homescreen & Ringtone

I have flashed to Rogers ROM and it would be nice to have the tmobile blue homescreen and the Tmobile standard ringtone back again.

Could someone please be so kind as to upload these somewhere or point me in the right direction?

How do you install that homescreen. I copied it to my phone in the same directory as the other homescreens, however its not showing as an option.

Here are the Ringtones & Homescreen.

Ringtones go in /Application Data/Sounds/
Homescreen goes in /Application Data/Home/
