hi-pitched sound coming from my magician

Hi!
When i turn on my magician's LCD on, it emits a hi-pitched sound. No matter if backlight is on or off. What could it be? this is getting annoying ...
any fix to that problem?

i had this issue for more than a year now.. but my ppc seem so work gr8.. the sound keeps coming and going..
