Long answer, probably not.

Theres two ways that I know of accomplishing this:

1: Both devices must support Bluetooth PAN (Personal Area Networking) profile, then the built in Internet Sharing application can share your internet connection with another device, I use this regularly when travelling with my laptop. Concievably it could be used to share the connection with any other Bluetoon enabled device that supports the PAN profile.

2: I spotted an application recently that claimed to allow the handheld device to be used as a wifi router. I had only very minimal success when I tried it our, as I recall it presents itself as an Ad-Hoc Network, then routes all the traffic out to the internet via the GPRS/3G connection. A good proof of concept, but for me of limited value. This will require the device you want to connect to the internet to have WiFi capability.

I hope this is useful, but I realise now after writing all this that your question doesnt specifically describe the connectivity you want to achieve.

Cheers!
