Creating imageinfo.bin based on a dll file

Hello!

I have a question:

How do I create an imageinfo.bin based on a *.dll file?

The imageinfo.bin is necessary for building an own rom.

Are the S000, S001, S002 and S003 also necessary? And how to I create them?
