FTouchFlo to work only on homescreen?

i really like the cube, but its very annoying how i always accidently minimize what im doing or bring up the cube. so is there a way to only activate it on the homescreen?

now i know you can tell the cube to disable in certain apps but i dont wanna have to add every single little app on my phone.

also, i tried to remove the gestures from FTouchFlo config but ended up making it not work. could someone tell me the gestures for

up-down
down-up
left-right
right-left
