Mda3 is freezed - how can i flash it to normal mode?

I have MDA3 Tmobile Slovakia, there is only freezed logo Tmobile on screen. I can do only bootloader mode. I can not flash another rom cos CID is locked, and i do not have Slovak Tmobile ROM for upgrade. It is some way to unlock CID via boot mode and after flash it or does have somebody SLOVAK TMOBILE (it is with english lang, not slovak) flash room? UK Tmobile can not flash - ID error.

First, i would try and do a hard reset. WARNING: You will loose all data on the phone, but Micro SD card is ok.

to do this, hold down the two soft buttons on the front (the actual buttons, not on the screen) and press the soft reset.
