Did you already have HardSPLv1 loaded? If so, enter the bootloader (hold power and camera buttons and press reset and you should get a tri-color screen). From there flash whatever ROM you were using again and see if that fixes it.

I don't have load HardSPLv1.
If I press power+camera, not appear tri-color screen.

Any idea?

Please give more information: What did you do just before this happened? Did you flash a ROM? If this is happening for no reason, take it back to your vendor and have them fix it. If you flashed a ROM, did you follow the right steps?

power+camera+reset...and its really tricky. Keep holding camera+power after you have pushed reset till it comes up. It even takes me a number of tries before I get the tri-color screen.

I never tried loading HardSPLv1 from the boot screen but it should work. I highly suggest doing that *before* you try to re-flash a ROM. Link here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=334679

Then after loading HardSPLv1 go back to the tri-color screen and load the HTC or ATT default ROM and see if that fixes your problem.

EDIT: I agree with TheOccult FYI, I assume you have a reason to not have simply swapped the device at your retailer hence my advice. If you can easily swap the device just do that instead and it'll save you a lot of grief.

NO. I don't flash any ROM.
I forgot that the SIM card in not under battery, so I remove the battery when windows is working.....without power off.

If I press left+soft keys+soft reset I got white screen.
I press call/send, apear "restore...completed".
After I press call/send again, apear again black screen with "smart mobility"

I'm just curious but why would you remove the battery when the device is powered on?
Your best bet is to take it back to the vendor as they may need to reload your device since you haven't flashed your rom you should be okay.

You broke it. Take it back where you bought it.

Also, this is not the appropriate forum for your problem.
