Cannot Delete or Move Pictures

I have a tmobile wing and now it doesn't let me delete or move pictures on either the memory card or the phone itself. i have the cooked rom Tmobile Wing with Touchflo installed on it and whenever i try to delete or move pictures, it tells me that the picture is in use when it isn't.
It does this with all of the pictures... Now I can't even send picture messages...
Please help!

try renaming them then soft reset , that usually helps for files that are in use
