Applicatin unlock and Syns Application

My phone is SIM unlocked but seems to be application locked. It keeps asking me to unlock it. i am at attempt 8/8.

I read through some of the threads and downloaded the HTCUnlockInstaller.cab, but no app to run to do the CID unlock.

It's a HTC S620 (it is not a T mobile or anyother brand name)
and i also do not have the software to create a sync between the phone and my computer, anywhere i can find and download it?

Can anyone help me out on this?

I think you need to enter your sim's pin. Did you forget you had set one?

i am in. i did a hard reset. But now i don't have a sound!!:mad: :mad: :mad:
