and the only people that know how to CID unlock the Touch Dual are Imei-Check. However they are unwilling to post the method with their Sim Unlock tool because I am the only person that wants them to!

actually imei-check only sim unlocks. cid unlock just means taking a spl and using 5 min of ur life to make a hardspl which will cid unlock the device and let us cooks cook.
