my P4350 dont boot up

Please can anybody help me my phone dont boot after hardreset only the white HTC screen appears and nothing happends

if you did - flash your language ruu from bootscreen and it will be back again....

Indeed I this occured while flashing something went wrong.

Try reflashing with your original RUU.
If you can't get a pc-connection try using the flashing methode by using a micro-sd card (as i descriped in several fora).

If this occured while in use; try a soft reset. If it still isn't working take out your micro-sd card and perform a hard reset. It this doesn't work...reflash!
