HELP!

So i was stupid and thought it was done flashing, pushed power cam and com, (hard reset) while it was flashing it doesn't boot past the first screen, i can load bootloader but don't know how to install anything onto it at that stage, i cant use active sync cause well it doesn't run its os... does anyone know how to flash when at boot loader i'm a noob..

If that doesn't work at once, first uncheck "Allow USB connections" in the setting of ActiveSync before you connect your device.
