help: boot screen (rgb) IPL 2.20 SPL 2.20 What can I do?

I did the HardSPL and then tried to upgrade to Crystal v5.1 but after going through the steps as I understand them to be, my 818pro just gets stuck at the Red-Green-Blue bars screen with the following 2 lines of text and it won't go anywhere else.

IPL 1.00
SPL 2.20

And then I read through and found someone posted a link to get IPL to 2.20 which I installed and now the Red-Green-Blue bars screen has the following 2 lines.

IPL 2.20
SPL 2.20

I don't know what I can do next. Does anyone have the utility to flash it back to Dopod 818pro original ROM so I may try to upgrade to Crystal v5.1 from scratch again? What solution is there there to get my phone functioning again.

Urgent. Please please help me. Thanks.

You didn't install HardSPL the right way, otherwise it should say:
SPL 2.G3.4PDA
So, just start all over again! BTW you have to run JumpSPL first before you can install HardSPL. To make things easier HMA4 created a .bat file that takes care of all the steps at once. You will find detailed instruction in the HardSPL thread and the New Upgrade Guide.

What I did was run hma4's .bat file. I don't know what went wrong but now I can't just run that .bat file to install again because I'm stuck at the RGB screen and the .bat execution just says

No device connected
Would you like to try copying again?

What can I do now? I cannot establish an Activesync connection which I think this JumpSPL thing needs...

you can download any "STEP1" connect your PDA with the bootloader screen and install it, it should be fine...if you still having issues, go ahead and download my ROM from the below link..its about 90 MB..you should have WinRar installed on your XP, download both files in one directory then right click one of them and select "Extract here" it is a shipped I mate Jamin G4 rom with Arabizer...it will replace the 3 splash screen, the Radio and reformate your PDA , BTW it does not check VID so no issue with any G4 (if you are using a G4 prophet this WILL SOLVE THE ISSUE ), when you are done...start from scratch with that BAT file.

* i assume you know how to flush roms

havin almost d same prob too..
i think this is not d right room but if anyone can help me,
im lookin for original wm5 818pro rom but cant seem to find it.
the closest one is QTEK rom which can be found in XDA-wiki but the boot screen shows "QTEK" font in it,, but i want it to be "DOPOD"(somethin like the original boot screen)..anyone has link to this pls tell me..thanks

Get an error while trying to run the batch file. Same problem after manually copying files over to device manually and then running the following line copied from within the batch file.
