Change touch apps setting?

I know that you could change the apps (and pics) from the cube launcher, but I can't find it in the Shadow rom. Does anyone has a cab file for this? Gullum perhaps? I have been searching the forum, but didn't find

When you install ShadoW_Cube you'll have Touch Setting in Accessories, why you can't find it?

Thank you Cloudyfa, I had installed the touchflo from crystal v5, maybe that's the reason. I will isntall your cube.
