As I mentioned in that post, I used Photoshop. It took a lot of time and I will be happy to share my weather file. Keep in mind, there is still some work to do to get all of the icons centered. If you have Photoshop, you can finish the ones that aren't done yet.

Well... for some reason, the weather file won't upload.:confused: I'll try to e-mail it to you.

Read the exact name of the operator displayed in your today screen. Change the name of the logo you find in those 9 logos with the same exact name you have read before. Restart S2U2. That's all.

I love those weather icons from this thread, but I have problem that even I download some set of weather icons, my ones are still the same after update, the reason is that the S2U2 uses the weather.png file, and the downloaded packs contain just some 0.png,1png...etc
I tried to find some way how to change the S2U2 to use those "additional" png files, but no success. Can anybody help me out? I want the S2U2 to use mentioned pics instead of the weather.png. (The app for weather I use is SPB Weather 1.7.4, S2U2 is the latest ver)

Its a registry value. Look in HKCU Software/A_C/S2U2 and and there should be a value for weather.

E-mail sent. I don't mind sharing my weather icons because I sort of put it all together but the clock is not mine. Search for a post by dcstokley. He posted a clock named vclockD_manilla final 4362. I don't know if it's his creation but I want to be careful to not take credit. I did move the clock up by using Photoshop.

I do know how to add attachments but I must be doing something wrong when I zip up the file. I've tried winzip and winrar and neither upload.

If you want to try to upload it to this thread, feel free.

What are you using to write that value? If your using a mortscript you could go into the mortscript file and add the spaces.

So...I didn't like the theme that was available for download. I personally thought that with all of the work that had gone into all of the other skins and themes that the S2U2 theme was just thrown together. Here is what I have so far. The arrows,redcircle, and clock are mine, the notice icons I borrowed from Bob_55.

I decided this time to make icons are not normal, showing skill and imagination was such an option!
Hint archive which signed Vga Wvga Wqvga get up and go smoothly and well-tested myself, but the battery will not be seen.
And so for all permits with icons on the sources except Manilla and spb!

You are very welcome. I'm working on all of the Dusk clocks and have improved the BG file of the clock you quoted. Will be releasing all of the files at once as soon as I'm done. With the Christmas retail rush, I've been kind of busy and just working on it at night after 13 hour days at work. I've already finished the analog clocks, and S2P controls. I plan to redo the arrows and do the settings menu as well. When it is finished it will be the most complete theme that I have done yet.

1. Unfortunately it is not possible to arrange them vertically. By now. Maybe someday? :)

2. And it's even not possible to change the font. But you could try to add shadows to the font.

I have CABed it up so all you have to do is install the cab to the device, run iLock2 and restart S2U2.

i think i found ilock2 using file explorer in the s2u2 folder but i cant find it anywhere else. is it something that needs to be installed? or do i really need to go to file explorer and start it from there and then make my changes

Start, Programs, S2U2, S2U2Settings.

Wallpaper, File/Directory (Portrait)

Then go to the directory that contains the jpg. Use the back arrow at the bottom left to go down one directory. Pick the ">" to the right of the directory name to show the directories in that directory. Pick the directory name to show all files in that directory and then pick the file you want to use.

Does anyone know the name of the file that is the blue colour when you press on the numbers on the lock in S2U2. I have a nice black skin for the lock but the buttons still turn blue when pushed and I just hate that blue!.

I don't think there is a graphic for that. I haven't found any file. It might just be a color fill for the pwkey space when it's pressed. Same as when you enter a wrong password, the top curtain turns red. If you notice it blends from gray to red. It doesn't instantly turn red, which would lead me to believe that the red isn't a separate file, but a change in the color for the curtain space.

Maybe you misunderstood the question. mOnkeyman is not reffering the the pwkey.png, but the blue color which appears when you press the pwkey.png. From what I can see there is no graphic file for this.

So, I have done a search, but can't find the answer regarding changing the battery animations. I have several battery files (batteryA, H, L and R), that are all different animations, I have also added an analog battery (the speedo type) that I would like to use instead, but I can't figure out how to use. I checked throughout S2U Settings.exe, but nothing there. For a noob like me, step by step would be great!

Can anybody help me out I can't figure out how to get WVGA GIF wallpapers to work with S2U2. I went to options set it, rename the Gif wallaper and I get a black screen every time. Well I think it's the weather icons that Iullian post, just replace your HTC weather icons with those and in S2U2 Settings choose in the information settings the TouchFlo 3D weather...

Well, I can't make themes, but photoshop is a good friend of mine...
Something like this, what font and size do you need and how much glow do you want...
A post before you I posted my latest ones, the first clock is also white, I can put some glow in them as well...

As I don't like the default unknown picture, I made a set of my own.
Download the zip, extract the files and replace the original ones found in gfx folder. :)
P.S. The phone in the picture is cropped on a transparent background. So, the phone looks very good on any background.

Here it is. I decided to scrap the clock with the one piece background. But here is the Flip Clock and two analog clocks along with the rest of the theme. Almost every image file has been reworked.

I do not recommend using the analog clocks on VGA. I own a WVGA device and that is what I designed this theme for

I have CABed it up so all you have to do is install the cab to the device, run iLock2 and restart S2U2.

This is my first official CAB. Please go easy on me.

Theme Credit to grzegorz10 for the idea behind the theme and most of the original images embeded in the Manila files, Bob_55 for the Notice file


Also included are the original Dusk wallpapers made for S2U2 by grzegorz10. It is the first file listed.

Well, this is the best that I can do with it... I'm not able to made the analog clock to matched with it... (because of the designed of the BG clock, the arrows are fonctionnal for the first quarter (12 to 3) and after that the arrows goes everywhere) so I decided to forget it.... but the numbers clock is OK... and it's look like that....

wrong thread dude, anyways the only alarm program i have found to work flawlessly with S2U2 is G-Alarm as it manipulates the windows alarm, hence why it is seen on the lock screen.

I use a lot HTC Weather on my HD2 (Leo) and so in the settings for the weather I chose Option 7: TouchFLO 3D Weather.

Strangely enough the icon on the lock screen does not match the icon on the htc home tab o.O

The icons for weather for S2U2 are saved in the Program Files\S2U2\gfx\weather folder. Simply take the icons you'd like to use and overwrite the icons in that folder.

There's a TON of them in this thread. Go back to "Windows Mobile Themes" thread in XDA. Find this thread and over to the right is a little paper clip. Click that a check theme out.

For #1 go into settings => appearance and set 'Top Curtain' to off....that should create the transparancy you want.

#2 needs a little treaking of the battery files. Use a photo editor (photoshop, or the free version (paint.net) work great) and open all the battery image files and set the battery to show lower on the screen (the easiest way would to probably just create a transparent background (canvas size) to the same size as your screen and play around with how much empty space on top + bottom allows the battery to show where you like).

The theme files are in the gfx folder in Program Files> SU2U. Copy the files (after you unzip them) into that folder. You might want to save a copy of the gfx folder somewhere first.

I haven't seen this theme you're installing but if it has a notice.png, that's the one you'll copy over to the gfx folder.

Looks like the blue one has a notice.png but the red one doesn't. You probably would want to ask the author about it. It looks like he just left it out.

Sorry im a noob. I downloaded the zip files for the loading,slider,v3,v1 etc to make your slide animation and i put all 4 images together and backed up the gfx folder. i put the one file into slideanis.png and is now in the gfx folder in the device/program files/sdu2/gfx etc. I run ilock twice so it redoes it and nothing happens. just the exact same s2u2 theme as when i downloaded it :/. any help please?

I'm assuming you meant batteryc.png, and I am also assuming you have the battery image showing (AKA the rest of the battery images) while charging? As long as the file is in the GFX folder (and it is the correct image, I would check it if you haven't already) and you have the option to see the full-screen battery on in the wallpaper section of the settings I don't see why you wouldn't see it.

If you have these things checked out, maybe post a screenshot and your batteryc image here so we can take a look at them...have you done any customization to it or used a theme from here?

- is it possible to change the color of the battery in the taskbar? (for the battery in the setting page it should be possible I think,even if I didn't try it)

Also it's not so difficult to find a free cab manager to extract the images u want from a cab... or u could simply install it and take the images u want and then uninstall it (or reinstall the whole S2U2)

now i m using a theme from tpro for vga.su2u.
b4 using that theme i got the problem about missing usb image (batteryc.png is in the gfx folder). the problem is as follow

Hopped on here to see if anyone had made a GTX theme but it looks like you can see the last 3 months in about 5 pages. I guess all the good skinners have migrated to android and left us winmo guys to rot. Well, I guess I'm going to have to do the GTX theme myself. Hopefully Tacchan won't show me up again.:cool:

EDIT2: Second update, now with some extra icons, the arrow is now looking to the right, ajustments to the taskbar.

EDIT3: Final update, now with new GTX-like weather icons. I've also updated the slider + slider background and some ajustments to the taskbar.. Have FUN! :D

Yep, you can change lock/unlock sounds. You don't have to use a registry editor anymore. Simple add the file via the S2U2 settings. :)

Then the wallpaper.jpg picture is not in the right resolution for your phone. You can resize / modify this picture for yourself (from the GFX zip file). I can't test the WVGA version, only the VGA version.
