mmmhhhh.... I'm using the diamond theme and it's very nice. But when my phone shows the battery screen the numbers of the clock are very ugly... Is there any way to change the black background to the normal one (diamond or burnt orange?)

is the name of the notice image spelled correctly: notice.png? That has screwed me up while skinning before, remove spaces before/after, the extension should be .png, and the NOTICE should be by itself (i.e., no extra numbers/letters). other than that, i have no idea, because mine works perfect.

As you slide the dino over to eat the kitty, your device unlocks! I attached the necessary graphics. Copy the attached files into the \program files\s2u2\gfx directory, then restart S2U2 (the fastest way IMO is to open S2U2 settings, then save and close it). MAKE SURE to back up your original \gfx directory first, so you can revert back once you get sick of this! (and it will happen! ;) )

I made the 'city' backdrop and the cat as the slider to keep it consistent no matter what wallpaper I'm using, but the problem is the semi-transparency is making it look faded out... Does anyone know how to change the transparency level of the bottom curtain?

Don't know about that, but you can make your image lighter by playing around with brightness/contrast. Maybe that will help

Someone should make a zipper unlocker with the pull tab and zipper tracks. That would be sweet!

How's about this... Just whipped it up. Unfortunately, due to limitations in the button size, I can't make an 'unzipped' look as the zipper passes. But oh well...:rolleyes: (The zipper also changes to 'S2A' when a call comes in.)

I also stuck a zipper sound effect if you REALLY wanna go zip-crazy and make it your unlock sound. :p

you actually have to get rid of the sliden image, as well. you have, well at least i do, make the slide image a part of the background. see here:

i ran this application and was able to add wave files to sounds but my slider bar saying is not changing ...?

i hit save.. on the bottom left.. then restart..ilock... then on the right i close with restarting ilock... not changing.. what am i doing wrong...?

Paint.net works great with PNG's, but not so much for transparancy (that I know of at least). That is why I haven't quite gotten the hang of batteries yet!!

That time the only file that i've changed was the batteryg.png.... and fits perfectly...

but then I downloaded a blue battery with a charger conector with all 4 parts... and it was smaller than the original size...

this one that u posted is smaller than the original.... it's the same size the blue one that I changed and forgot to save the originals...

I don't know what to do now...

I'm posting the skin again.... u can see it's bigger than the one u posted.

Idon't really understand the whole problem here.. but the flame battery u posted is actually smaller than the original.

batteryg.png is 154x140 in size, but urs is only 153x139 in size, so I don't understand why u keep saying that the originals is smaller when in actual fact the flame battery u downloaded is of the wrong size(smaller)??

I found them at modmyifone after that site was mentioned by extraducksause in post 263. I LOVE these colors!! There were more on the site that were good if you all wanted more ideas...I don't know how to make the battery/charging animations for S2U2 or I would do it for myself & you all. Any help would be great!!

I went ahead and re-did the arrow, and clocks from my previous post.

Added the button graphics to them (because to me it's somehow easier to have the entire button. ) Added a slight bevel edge to the first set of Star Arrows.
And I made the clock digits a little bit bigger. :)

To install backup existing batterg2.png and batteryg.png files and then rename the blue apple battery to battery2 and rename multi color battery to batteryg.png. Place the images in Programs/S2U2/gfx folder then launch ilock and then launch S2U2 application and your all set. Enjoy!

Edit if you downloaded the previous version of the multi color chargeing battery, you need to redownload it as it has been updated.

Try adding the Screen Capture app to the exception list in S2U2. That should help you out.

At the moment I'm using a analog clock with the S2U2 v1.05! But with the new battery animation the clock and the battery cut each other off! So I decided to make the clock smaller, let's say about the half!

Is there something I have to be aware of? Or is the easiest way the right way? Just load each *.png in IrfanView and change it's size?

I was wondering if anyone could make a theme with his two cars the AMP and the National Guard card. HAving the slider icon change from one car to another. And maybe the sound the cars make. been trying to find that sound.

Just about....I like the diamond wallpaper theme, it works well with the battery, but I would move the end-cap on the right over, erasing the red (that is used when the battery is dead for the first bit of charging), and maybe even showing the charging cord unplugged...off to the side, or lying on the ground in front of the battery!!

EDIT...actually I just looked back and the red seems to show in your battery image normally, so I guess your good there!!! LOL

Maybe create a wallpaper for every 10 - 5 percent incriments (including the % charge # in the battery) and at every incriment you chose, the change in charge will bring up a new wallpaper (for instance, going from a full charge, when the system charge reaches 95% the 95% wallpaper appears, at 90% the 90% one is used.....)

I do know there are a couple people VERY good with mortscript here in this thread *coughcoughGrondinmcoughcough* LOL!!!!!

Just an idea...I can work on the wallpapers if someone can look into the possibilty of the script!!

Here is one i made for those who are also into Force Induction, Its an HKS EVC V Boost controller. Animation is much smoother and slower when uploaded to phone. Also have it in black.

It just the animation (I think, I hope..) I photoshop the animation, the actual one is much smoother.. (I think, and I hope again.. oops.. I forgot.. :D)

Here's something from me. I like really simple, minimalistic themes, but there aren't that many of them around, so i made one :) Nothing extra fancy, just black and white.
The clock images are inspired by digits in a batterystatus theme by nothin, but i drawn them in GIMP from scratch.
The system icons are eighter original (haven't seen the original ones in a while so i'm not sure ;) ) or from some other theme, unfortunately i don't remember which one.
All other images are made by me (GIMP again - who needs photoshop :P ).
I've made the wallpaper in Inkscape to get some practice in using it ;)
The top and bottom curtains are from original S2U2 theme (so they're not included in the package).

Can't do a screen at the moment at work, but it happens anytime I get a call and use S2U2.

Well...your not stupid, so lets check out the steps to take:

1- Save battery from previous post as: BATTERYG.PNG
2- Copy file into S2U2's GFX folder, saying OK when asked to over-write original file
3- Stop and restart S2U2

If you followed these steps you should be set....try it out!!!

Did you save that as png and rename it buttons.png ?

I'm glad you're having the same problem. The view of the answer buttons mimics the problem I've been having with both the onyx and the diamond buttons. Each time I saved the file as buttons.png and then moved it into the gfx folder this problem came up.

Sweet could you possibly add the mini usb to your black & white battery? Or someone else wth more skills than me. I tried doing it but I lose the reflection whenever I try editing any of these. Thanks in advance

I don't really know how you would like to put the miniUSB there. The usb plug? Or the socket? How about a little mash-up?
And if you're losing the reflection, then you're probably using the wrong software for that (just don't tell me you tried with mspaint - this is NOT a graphics software ;) ).
If you want to play around with the images you can always try grabbing the GIMP:

It's free and there are plenty of tutorials in the net available for it.

Well, I cleaned up the charging battery graphics, they were off a bit. Also made a few other changes, subtle but cool. Still need to clean up the non-charging battery in the wallpaper.

Im on the fence re the slider arrow. I like the hal 9000 and the terminator. I always wondered why there are two pictures of the arrow in the file. Is one the stationary arrow and one the sliding?? If so, they could be different, right??

holmanm is exactly right, and yes, they can be different. For instance, I have a Doctor Who logo as my arrow to unlock my device, and K-9 as the arrow to answer a call. You can have any combination of two images you like!!

For the server here can only accept files is of a certain limit, be it file size or graphical dimensions. Anything that is bigger will be shrunk.

So for those who ever uploaded any grapics that is bigger than, let's say, 1000 pixels in width, u might wanna zip it up or share through an exterior image hosting site like photobucket.

Hope this piece of information helps. :)

As the song is playing, tap on the screen (just under the song info) and the controls you see should appear!!
