Question on Saving Files

Hi. I've been meaning this question, but keep forgetting. When you choose to save a file, it asks for the name, location and whether you want it in main memory or the storage card. So here's where my question comes in. Say I want to save a music file to "/My Documents/My Music." When I choose location it only lets me select "My Documents," there's no tree that lets me pick files inside the main folders. Is there some kind of tweak or application that lets you save files to the exact location?
