flashed new dutty rom on my tilt now for some reason i cant connect with activesync... when i plug in usb from pc phone charges but otherwise pc ignores it im using activesync 4.5

do u have any other system you can check with...maybe there is another app on your computer blocking it from syncing...the best way to tell if its the comptuer or the device is if u have another system running Activesync u can test on

tried on more then one pc....think its a windows mobile 2006 problem because mda and wing work fine

cant reflash no usb connection to pc.... unchecked already still no difference ill uncheck and try a soft reset afterwards

Did you enable all comunication types (beam?) after i flashed Duttys rom i can't copy a file with usb and also send a file with bluetooth dosen't work. After enabling Beam in Comm Manager it works...

Thanks for the reply Pepe, all are enabled but still no luck.
It's strange, never had a problem till now.

Have you tried using a different USB sync cable? I've heard of that solving this type of problem. Having said that, if it is anything to do with your USB connection, the phone would sync via Bluetooth.

Hi Andrew, Yes I have, I have even tried it on three different PC's.
But the plot thickens, I now realise that I can't delete or copy files to either the PDA or the MC, I get the message "Access is Denied" so it looks like my problem might be something else?

I have a problem connecting via ActiveSync when advanced networking is enabled, so I turn it off every time I flash.
Settings... USB to PC... uncheck "Enable advanced network functionality"
