one of friend want to upgrade his PRO to WM6, but I can not unlock CID, I have tried every ways that I can find in internet, finaly I failed, who can tell me the way that no need to unlock CID. I wait on line.

Maybe you can try to flash your Prophet to HardSPL, then flash WM6 by using RUU directly.

Is it a G3 or G4? Check the IPL/SPL... If it is a G4, CID can only be hard-spl fixed, but shouldn't need to be changed if you use the 'old' ROM upgrade method.
