Mary 3.4.2: Can't change bar color and theme

Hi,
I have MARY 3.4.2 WM6 ROM on my Trinity.
I see that if I try to change theme or with RC MOD (application that alow to chanche bar colors) color of the bar don't change and is always grey!!

Any way to solve this problem?

Any idea on how to change the background in Today. I can barely read the menus...
