having trouble downloading themes

i keep recieving an error message when downloading themes to my tilt reading" central directory was not found in the archive( or you were trying to open a disk other than the last disk of a multi-disk archieve." this is happening when it is trying to zip it, i have tons of sd storge and havent downloaded anything yet on to it. Thanks for all help! I have a tilt

Do you have any other data on the SD card? If not you may need to format it.
For themes I normally place the .tsk file in a directory in "My Documents".
