When unlocking with Cheetah unlocker, I get this error

I get the following error after step 2 has been completed successfully and a partnership re-established with active sync.

I am using Win XP and Active Sync 4.5

Yes that is normal, all you need to do is load a clean ROM I suggest the ATT WM6 there is great directions on the xda cheetah wiki. make sure you run the athena unlock prog on your phone after step 2 and before you flash your rom.
