The Polaris sure seems like an amazing device. I have a HTC P3300 and I am very satisfied with it but now I plan to buy a HTC Touch Cruise to replace it.

I was just wondering what the speed of the USB connection is. Is it USB 1.1 or USB 2.0? Synching lots of movies and so on to a large memory card would be a lot faster if it could be done at USB 2.0 speed compared to the USB 1.1 speed that I can currently get with my HTC P3300.

Thanks, I should have thought about checking the HTC home page of course. Other pages I have looked at have been a bit unclear regarding this. You are probably correct that it is better to use an sdcard reader anyway. On the P3300 the card is placed in a really stupid place under the battery and the SIM card. It seems to be a lot better placed on the HTC Touch Cruise making it a lot easier to remove and insert the microSD card.

Hi,
in the HTC Cruise wiki is mentioned, that this device supports USB 2.0 full speed. So the theoretical data rate should be 12 Mbit/s.
Kind regards,
