Use this cab file to disable TX9. Maybe this can be a quick fix for you guys. Read this post first before installing: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=351468

dont try the attached cab file.it will only make your input into numbers instead of letters.im still trying to find a way to disable xt9. ive tried tinkering with all sorts of registry values but no luck so far.i really hope someone could come up with a solution...

I was playing with registry and I found if you change DWORD value you might find something!
