New (to me) HTC MDA - Question about IPL/SPL

I just received an HTC MDA from Ebay - it was advertised as unlocked.

When I boot it up, it shows the following:

IPL: 3.08
SPL: 3.08
GSM: 02.25.11
OS: 2.26.10.2

It is branded as T-Mobile, and has a T-Mobile ROM installed, but I know my AT&T/Cingular SIM is working with it - so I know it's at least SIM unlocked.

How can I tell if it is CID unlocked? If it is, what is the next step? I would like to put a Cingular 8125 ROM on it so I get the Cingular defaults, etc.

Download and install a copy of Wizard Service Tool(WST) (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=329170), then use that to view your CID status, which will tell you if your device is CID unlocked or not.

If it is unlocked, just start your flashing life, otherwise head to the Wizard Upgrading forum ans unlock it again.

Thanks - I just figured I'd try it anyway and it worked. I flashed it with one of the ROMs on here and everything is working great.
