i was searching on ebay for some stuff for my kaiser, and found this very cheap adapter as the only one. but i found i too cheap. but now if you could say it works, then i will buy,

Although quality is subpar. I got a 2pack for like $4 + $2 shipping or something really low. It was a US based reseller too. It's quite possible they were so cheap and sold in 2packs because these could be models that failed quality control. That would be my guess. So I'd definitely stay away from the 2 pack auctions.

The issues I had:
1) One has the audio connector side not fully sealed (their seems to be a wrinkled paper around the metal which is holding away the rubber)

2) The other one wouldn't even connect, they overflowed the USB/HTC side with rubber, so I had to use a razor and needle to pick it out. It works alright now, a little iffy though - so I use that one as a my spare.

All in all, can't complain about the price. The first one mentioned works great.
