Hello,
I have tried to install the last Skype for PocketPC (2.2), but during a call it not use the front speaker.
There is a solution?
Is It possibile to use the front cam to make a skype video call?

I am interested as well. I have ordered the TC also with skype in mind. Could anybody confrim that the front speaker is not used during a skype conversation ?

skype is meant to use the outer speaker

pda phones generaly have 2 speakers and the current skype
were really made for traidtional pda's really which only have the backspeaker
some of htc at least the earlier pda's not sure the ration dont even have software access to the front speaker only the gsm mobile do that
believe that a bluetooth headset is a work around of sorts

Do we have any fix for this? This is so anoying for me i cannot use Skype (open plan office)

I would also love to be able to do that. Or maybe it is possible to make a regular videocall over 3g to a skype user?

you can use one of the two options described in this article to make skype use the earpiece instead of the headset or the back speaker. i haven't test any of them because my phone is in service ( :( ) but it seems to work from what others are saying.
