Having the same problem with Softick Card Export II. Worked fine with my Kaiser, but does not work with the Cruise for some reason.

Non c'e nessuno in grado di vedere se si puo' modificare il file di registro per farlo funzionare?

Thank you for your request.
Unfortunately your HTC Touch Cruise is not supported by Card Export at this time. So our developers are working on the support. I hope your device will be supported in a near future.

And really fine on my Orbit2 too. But I canīt use my serial number from 3.07 to register it. It seems, it is too long.
Does anybody has this problem too?
Thanks and best regards

It seems like I can't use USB 2 (fullspeed). It is the same speed as when connected though activesync.
Does anyone have acces to their cruise in USB2?
