You don't need downgrade the BL, if the RUU have error you should go into the BL mode.
Choose "OS only" is the safe menthod and the best choose, because :
-Choose "OS only" it will not flash BLoader.
-rw68XX don't have ExtROM

You can come back to WM5, please follow this step (You must have a WM5 ROM from HP site, hpRUU_patched_from_language_and_model) :
-Extract ROM anywhere you like, extract and copy hpRUU_patched_from_language_and_model to ROM folder.
-Go to bootloader : press both softkey ("-" button) + reset
-Run hpRUU and flash.

Hi, my windows messenger wont sign in i installed Windows-Live-10.6.33.0600-(Fixed)....when i sign in it says theres a connectivity problem..

another thing is my device shuts off completely at 26% and before it shuts off it says with a warning saying that the battery is exausted, im not sure myself if its my battery or what but is it suppose to shut off completely at 26%?

another thing is do i need to install the netCFV35? what does it really do to the device? i heard people say it makes the device 25% faster....(not sure on this)

I also installed the powermanagement.cab file...is it necessary?

Yes it can, but I think pBar 1.5 is a better subtitution (find this soft in the thread dev and hacking)

Yup I tried using the DSUU with OS only and with SD card flashing. Whenever I tried to simulate by turning toggling the screen "on" and "off" the DOS happens. This problem is repeatable even without any software installed or SD card in the slot.

Seems weird huh ?

Nope... Screen of death means the device is unable to turn back on from sleep mode by showing black screen even though the power button is pressed and the radio's green LED is still blinking. Its like the device is unable to recover from a deep sleep mode or a software driver is conflicting. A hard reset is required to return the device to normal operationd though.

I've never faced this in ATOM exec rom. But EXEC rom gives me the white screen problem. Could it be the touch screen driver ?

I put all the files needed to C:\Window\Temp (no subfolder), enter Boot Loader, plugin USB cable, run DSUU, and then error accure.
In norman way, when I connect via Sync, and then run DSUU, the dialog box "Checkking the information..." appear, and nothing happen.
Do I make something wrong?

-Disconnect your device from PC.
-SoftReset.
-Connect and flash again.

If it's show "checking the information...." long time, please go to bootloader and flash again...
If you've go to BL but still flash fail, you should flash via miniSD card the menthod to flash via miniSD card please read in this forum...

For the version 1.02, it will turn on the Wifi automatically when I soft reset at everytime.
The Calculator cannot use as well. It said that "'MoblieCalculator' is not a valid Pocket PC application."
