i guess what you need most of all are russian text input. I use PK 3.0 on my norwegian athena, so I have a similar situation. To change the keyboard settings to your own language you have to edit the registry.
this is the registry you are looking for is:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Oem\Qwerty\]
"Layout"

in the norwegian wm6 the dword value is 20414, in russian wm6 it will be a similar five digit number. right it down. flash PK 3.0. find [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Oem\Qwerty\]
"Layout" again, and change the dword value to what you have written down.
