can u give specs of ur mda..u will see it when u r booting..or simply make a softreset..

Download WST 4.2 tool from the link given by Hucklberry and run it to check,but as from your IPL 2.21.0001 it appears to be a G4 device and a G4 device cannot be CID unlocked,however it can be SIM unlocked through lokiwiz 03.But if you are looking for it to upgrade,then read and follow the 'SoftSPL & HardSPL' method explained in G4 forum.
