Rom Cooking: Need help figuring out an S.O.D problem

I'm playing around with putting together a rom. I took the SYS from another device and the OEM from the Trinity. All is good except for one problem. When the device goes into suspend (on it's own or pressing power button). I can't get it out of suspend.

I had done this once before, same situation but with an older SYS from another device and ran into the problem. Researching I found that it was the cause of xip files in the SYS/OEM folder causing a duplicate XIP which I remeoved before building and everything was ok.

I did the same thing this time but it's still happening, so I'm thinking it may be similar but I'm missing something. Anyone have any suggestions to determining how I can fix this last issue. Thanks
