Program to rotate the display

I'm having some trouble finding an executable that rotates the screen.

I found this post (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=274932), but when i attempt to use the software (extracted the exe out of the cab and ran). It does not work.

I am interested in setting a hotkey to rotate the screen with the slider closed so that i can use tomtom "wide-screen."

Any help is appreciated.
