Russian hardware keyboard ?

Dose anyone know how cen i get Treo 750 to write Cyrilic (Russian) using Hardware Keys in Phonetic coresponding to english ?

example: A=А
B=Б
C=Ц
D=Д..

For treo 650 and 680 (Palm OS) there ware software like Pilok and RusHack but i cent find anything like these for WM

i dont need interface translation only keyboard support (hardware) ?
