[QUE] How to get Cell information?

Hi guys,

is there any way to get cell broadcast information on my wm5? I want to see broadcast message.
I read somewhere in this forums that it is possible by going to Start > Settings > Phone > More > Broadcast channel but I can not find any More tab on my phone settings.

Also I use Cell profiler 2.0 but each time I run it I got Failed to connect Com2: error.

Is it possible to get cell broadcast information throught GPS settings?
