Treo 750 WM6 Upgrade version 1.14 not capable?

I have a Treo 750 cingular. Trying to perform the WM6 upgrade and will not allow says I have newer version.

My treo has Software version TREO750-1.14-cng
Hardware Version 1.14.20.00

assuming since the web site at palm says 13.

How do I get around this?

Please help!

Sorry I have no luck even talked to the rep level 3.

My question is can I load a firmware version that is older back on to it first?

or can I force this new one some how?

Try using the SD card upgrade. I had to do this on a 750 to get it to go on.

Tried the SD upgrade also and no luck says my version is newer.

is there a way to totaly wipe the firmware and load fresh an older one or the newest one no matter what you already have.
