Hot Rom where to get it???

I was on ebay try to find a mda for my girl (She loves my MDA) and found this

Somebody know where can I get that rom or something that looks like it??

It looks like they used SPB Phone Suite and HTC Home, possibly cLaunch, and the iPhone mods floating around. I bet if you did some research, you can do this to your phone for a lot cheaper!
