My 8125 Cingular Not Working,PLEASE HELP!!

Hi Guys..
I have new 8125 cingular i just got that phone i been using it only for 1 week and i don't know what happen to that phone it just OFF NOT WORKING,it was working fine and i charge that phone this moring and now its just off not working i remove the battary and put it back and nothing happened the same thing and i put it on charge it dosen't even charge :confused: does any one have the same problem i need help please:( .

Well, as you say its a new phone,just purchased,my suggestion wud be don't temper with it,cuz its still under warranty,return it ask for a new replacement.

Yes Its Brand New Phone From Ebay! And This Phone Been Out For 2 Years And I Don't Think So Its Under Warranty! But, Its Fixxx Now I Was Using Different Charger For It Thats Why Everything Its Good Now.
